BIO Zvonko Sokcic

Zvonko “Zwampen” Sokcic is after 30 years as a chef in the top tier one of the heavyweights in Food Sweden. He has, among other things, been kitchen manager at Edsbacka krog, Berns and Sundbyholms Slott and co-owners of KB and Conny & Zwampen. The appetite for all that is good has also made Zvampen a food fixer, wine importer and food blogger. Over the years, he has traveled to over 60 countries, always with food and wine in focus. Street food or Michelin restaurants – it matters less. According to Zvonko Sokcic, one never knows where the next gastronomic bliss awaits. All according to the motto “I do not want to die curious”.
