So what have Richard been up to lately ? Quite a lot actually !
In the life of Richard Juhlin a lot is evolving round new vintages & new releases of champagnes. The Tasting library contains 13,700+ unique tasting notes & reviews. [latest reviews & tasting notes – link here] The goal is to hit 14,000 for the international version of ‘Champagne Magnum Opus’ [publishing date planned for December’22].
AWARD @ GULDÄGGET’22
We won ! Guldägget for Champagne Magnum Opus ! On Thursday night in Stockholm Champagne Club by Richard Juhlin & partners won the Swedish award Guldägget for the latest epic book ‘Champagne Magnum Opus’.Guldägget – The golden egg – Sweden’s largest competition in creative communication. Guldägget rewards this year’s best, most innovative and smartest communication. The purpose is to inspire the creators, and show both clients and the outside world the huge difference between mediocre ideas, and communication that creates change in big steps. VIP-trip to Champagne [apr’22]

Me & Björnstierne just came back after two (!) trips to our beloved Champagne. Now our energy is at the highest level !
During four wonderful spring days we visited; Piper-Heidsieck, Rare Champagne, Louis Roederer, Philipponnat, Bollinger, Veuve Clicquot, Taittinger, Gosset, Deutz, Jacquesson, Ruinart & Selosse.

Epicure [Paris] ***
Before trip to Champagne we had a lovely Sunday in Paris. First lunch @ The Ritz, apéro @ Le Bar @ Le Bristol. After a superb bottle of ’96 Duval-Leroy ‘Femme’ we hit the dining room of Epicure ***. Reijmyre glassworks dates from 1810, when it was founded in 1810 by Johan Jacob Graver and Baron Mattias Alexander von Ungern-Sternberg.
