Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?

‘We have our own “family house Champagne”, it is Louis Roederer ‘Brut Premier’. It was served during our wedding celebration in magnums and double-magnums, so all family members appreciate it a lot.’

Which Champagne would You treat your lover?

After I have done few vertical tasting of Dom Perignon my wife said it’s her favorite Champagne. Especially 2006 vintage, textured and developed, but still crispy and fresh! But my favorite is 2004′ 😎

Which Champagne would You treat your boss?

My boss tried most of the prestige cuvees, but never had Salon. I think 1996 vintage will represent the house in the best shape, on of the greatest vintages I have ever tasted and perfectly developed now!

Which Champagne would You treat yourself?

Selosse is never enough. I pick Initial, preferably with few years after disgorgement. I love this vinous style of Champagne, when you don’t concentrate on bubbles and can drink it as a still wine with perfect refreshing aftertaste!

Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?

Wow, that was complicated to pick…I would be glad to meet Bradley Cooper, he is fantastic actor especially in “Burnt”, “Limitless” and “A star is born”.

I definitely want to spend few hours chatting, so we need a bigger bottle. Jeroboam of Marguet ‘Shaman Rosé’ will work brilliant! Unusual and multi-leveled Champagne, it changes quite fast in a glass, so we will have few stages of taste!

[ what piece of music would you listen to drinking wine with Your dream guest ?]

‘Let’s make some fun of out meeting and play “Shallow”, soundtrack of “A star is born”. I can gladly repeat it 100 times, love it!
