Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?

Depends by the occasion, but since my in-laws are in the field of wine, I would like to pick something special. Georges Remy Mont de Tauxieres 2015 based vintage is my go to! A Meursault behind the bubble.

Which Champagne would You treat your lover?

‘My partner prefers Blanc de Noirs Champagne, same as me. He’s also incredibly open minded and opinionated, so I love discovering new producers with him. We usually opt for older vintages or older discorgment dates. However, I am curious to let him try Maurice Groumier Solera

Which Champagne would You treat your boss?

My boss and I share the same taste in Champagne, therefore I would pick Champagne R. Pouillon Solera Premier Cru’

Which Champagne would You treat yourself?

‘ I would treat myself with a Comte de Champagne 1996 Blanc de Blancs by Taittinger. No doubts.

Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?

‘I would treat my dream guest (or Brene Brown) with Esprit Guiraud NV. I don’t picture her as Champagne snob. We would spend more time talking about her books rather than Champagne. Esprit is just a brilliant Champagne for a delightful conversation.

[ what piece of music would you listen to drinking wine with Your dream guest ?]

‘Acustic music.’
