5 bottles & 5 questions Max Garberg [swe]

Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?

‘ I would treat my parents in law with a bottle of Charles Dufour ‘Vinorama #4’. Just because it’s supernice, elegant och fun. My Parents in law woul really appreciate a little more funny champagne. And that’s an excellent champagne for foodpairing.

Which Champagne would You treat your lover?

‘My better half loves rosé champagne, so a bottle of rosé champagne it is! I would pop a bottle Selosse ‘Rosé’, burgundy glasses, nothing more needed.

Which Champagne would You treat your boss?

‘With my boss i would go for a bottle of A. Lurquin ‘Les Crayères du Levant’ brut nature, blanc de blancs base 15′. Drinks really good now and rare, but fucking beautiful!!

Which Champagne would You treat yourself?

‘A bottle for myself, Marie-Noëlle Ledru ‘Cuvée du Goulté Grand Cru Ambonnay’ in burgundy glass, watching football.

Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?

‘Me and Larry David would drink a bottle of mature Krug, not a Clos de Mesnil, he wouldnt like it. Krug 96′ it is.

Larry David is not famous for liking music, so i would put on ‘Stop Making Sense’ album by Talking Heads and we would talk about his stand up career and when he developed Seinfeld and then his own show ‘Curb your enthusiasm’ (Which is the funniest show in history).’
