Laurent-Perrier « La Cuvée »

Which Champagne would You treat your lover?

Deutz « Amour de Deutz Rosé »

Which Champagne would You treat your boss?

Jacquesson « Cuvée 743 »

Krug « Rosé »

Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?

2002 Dom Pérignon « P2 ». It is the perfect example of a great vintage with a very precise blend. It perfectly illustrates the importance of aging, the capacity for extension and complexification. The character of this wine is one of the most fascinating that I have tasted lately.

Music : Marias Callas Un bel di vedremo (Madama Butterfly)
