Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?

I would choose fruity and juicy Rose champagne for them. Probably it would be ‘Romance Rosé de Saignée Millesimé Brut’ from Roger Brun champagne. This wine is very universal and goes perfect with light snacks and dessert. And I love Pinot Noir from Ay!

Which Champagne would You treat your lover?

Again Pinot Noir! ‘PN VZ16’ by Bollinger is just absolutely great! Domination of Verzenay wines brings strong masculine character for this wine. It also goes perfect with steak meat.

Which Champagne would You treat your boss?

For this important person I would choose something expensive, famouse and great at the same time. Any vintage of ‘Cristal’ would be perfect. I am felt in love with ‘Cristal’ 😊

Which Champagne would You treat yourself?

‘Very easy to decide – Chardonnay Grand Cru! Like Agrapart Mineral, Guy Charlemagne Mesnillésime, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne… There are many of them.

Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?

Well…it is most difficult question… 😊 As  I do not have and list of ‘dream guests’. But honestly, I would like to invite Richard and our common friends again on my terrace. I am sure, we would find some special bottles to taste 😊

Richard & Jolanta met up with some champagne friends for in oof the very first official Champagne Hikings at Trakai in Lithuania.
