I’m a German-French-Swedish wannabe Italian passionate about wine,my profession since 1994. I opened my first wine bar in 2015 and today, with my partners, we have three. The first in Malmö, L’Enoteca Vinbar, the second in Helsingborg, L’Enoteque Vinbar and the third one is called Lenoteket Vinbar located in Lund. Family man, wine nerd loving Tour de France, skiing and Barolo. Champagne as often as possible is key. The best about the wine world?Great personalities connected with history, geography, delicious food culture and amazing generosity. Wine educator for the future, santé !

Which Champagne would You treat your parents or in-laws?

‘That’ll be Pierre Peters Blanc de Blancs for its elegancy and balance.’ 

Which Champagne would You treat your lover?

De Venoge Prince 1976 or the 1990 millésime de Venoge, our wedding Champagne.’ 🙂

Which Champagne would You treat your boss?

‘If I had one I would go for, hmmmm difficult one. Krug 1996 because of its vivid acidity and wonderful evolution in the glass. With some storytelling, success.’

Which Champagne would You treat yourself?

‘With no cash limits it’ll be happy with a magnum of Bollinger Vieilles Vignes 1996. Mmm, love Egly as well. Selosse …’

Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why, and who’s is Your dream guest?

‘It’ll be Jacques Selosse Avize Grand Cru Extra Brut non vintage. Because I heard about its greatness its complexity, love everything I tried from Selosse. My dream guest would be Vanessa Redgrave. Because we almost had champagne together outside the film set on lake of Como, The film is ”A month by the lake” Italy in 1994. Due to a misunderstanding the opportunity never occurred. Great actress and human being.’
