New Master oF Wine – UK based Susan Lim MV wrote an interesting research paper covering the topic: ‘the influence of classic music on the perception of brut non-vintage Champagne.’
The Institute of Masters of Wine has named 10 new members this morning (26 February), including the first Italian master of wine (pictured).
The new MWs are based in five countries, principally the UK and US, and their addition to the institute swells its global members to 418 MWs in total.
