On the first really cold day of October it was with great joy that I accepted the invitation by CEO Stephen Leroux & Chef des Caves Cyril Brun to attend an international on-line master class of a vertical of 8 champagnes under the ’Mis en Cave’ concept from Charles Heidsieck.
