This week it was time for Friday Champagne 17.0 Pascal Walczak at Laker Vättern in the harbor of Gränna.

Founded in 1973 by Pascal Walczak and today the property is run by his sons Aurélien and Sébastien. They work organically in their 10 hectares planted with 80% Pinot Noir around the home village. A very passionate family who also loves my concept of Champagne Hiking. Doing it themselves when they have time.
