Champagne Deutz informs us about this upcoming bottling of the 2020 vintage is to take place. The Deutz Champagne House likes to allow time to weave its spell and only carries out the first evaluations of its still wines once they been left to rest for a long period after the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations which generally take place in early to mid-January.
Several weeks of tasting and blending are needed before we can confirm our final decisions. Thanks to the exceptional quality of the fruit that this vintage gave us, and the careful sorting and selecting that followed, Deutz is delighted to announce that it has been able to produce the full range of its champagnes this year.
