Let’s celebrate the patron saint of the vignérons – winemakers. My first job after university was as a sommelier and caviste at Swedens largest wine cellar – Vinkällaren Grappe where we always celebrated Saint Vincent and also Saint Martin, patron saint of the cellar workers and cavists.
