Which Champagne would You treat your parents?
Paul Bara, Special Club -08, because I know my parents would love it.
Which Champagne would You treat our lover?
Taittinger, Comtes de Champagne -90, because it’s our vintage (and he is kind of a label drinker..)
Which Champagne would You treat your boss?
La Closerie, Fac Simile, because I know her weakness to great rosé champagne.
Which Champagne would You treat yourself?
Diebolt Vallois, Fleur de Passion -96, because I love it.
Which Champagne would You treat a dream guest, and why?
Bruno Paillard, N.P.U Nec Plus Ultra 2002, because it’s really hard to not love it. While sipping this I would like to listen to Frank Ocean – Thinkin Bout You.
